House Rules

These house rules apply to all guests who are not members of the CCCA. For CCCA members (sócios), the CCCA Rules & Regulations apply.

Arrival

Check-in 15:00 – 21:00. Later arrival for a fee: 21:00 – 00:00 15 €, 00:00 – 07:00 25 €. Please let us know your arrival time in advance. We register every guest on arrival – please have your ID card or passport ready. The main booker must be at least 18.

Departure

Check-out by 11:00. Please return your room key. If a key gets lost, let us know straight away.

Rooms & bathrooms

None of our rooms has a private bathroom. The bathrooms are shared – please leave them as you would like to find them. There is no daily room service. Bed linen and towels are included.

Quiet hours

22:00 – 08:00. Please keep voices and music low, indoors and outdoors.

Pool

09:00 – 21:00. No glass at the pool – plastic cups are available.

Kitchen & barbecue

The kitchen is shared: stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and kitchen utensils are free to use. The outdoor barbecue and sink are available too. Please clean and put away what you use.

Pets

Guests' pets are not allowed.

Care & damage

Please treat the house, garden and equipment with care. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay – please tell us straight away if something breaks.
